By accessing and using Lucky Distribution's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including but not limited to business partners, vendors, and customers who access or use our distribution services.

Lucky Distribution provides warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and distribution services. Our services are designed to help businesses manage their supply chain efficiently. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice to affected parties.

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your password confidential and secure • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Fees for our services are outlined in your service agreement. Payment terms include: • All fees are due according to the payment schedule in your agreement • Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in your contract • We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts • Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice

Lucky Distribution maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for goods in our care. However: • Our liability is limited to the declared value of goods or actual loss, whichever is less • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control • Clients are encouraged to maintain their own cargo insurance • Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery or scheduled delivery date

We do not accept or handle the following items: • Hazardous materials without proper documentation and licensing • Illegal substances or contraband • Perishable goods without appropriate arrangements • Items that violate local, state, or federal regulations • Cash, negotiable instruments, or precious metals without special arrangements

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of business. This includes: • Business processes and procedures • Pricing information • Customer data • Trade secrets and intellectual property

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination: • All outstanding fees become immediately due • We will arrange for the return or transfer of any inventory • Confidentiality obligations remain in effect • Licenses and access to our systems will be revoked

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through: • Initial good-faith negotiation between the parties • Mediation by a mutually agreed-upon mediator • Binding arbitration in accordance with commercial arbitration rules • All proceedings shall take place in the jurisdiction of our principal place of business

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via: • Email notification to your registered address • Posted notice on our website • Updates within your account dashboard Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
